Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries & raspberries)
- ½ banana
- 1 cup dark leafy greens (spinach or kale)
- 2 cups coconut water
- ½ avocado
- 2-3 stems fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- ½ squeezed lemon
- ½- inch stem of ginger, peeled and grated
- ½ a cucumber, peeled
Method
- Peel and chop all the fruit and vegetables.
- Place all the ingredients into the blender, ensuring the coconut water and leafy greens are on the bottom.
- Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds, until smooth.
- Serve into a tall glass & enjoy!
