Your GOFA Fitness premium membership offers you exclusive access to a library of 120+ workouts from elite celebrity trainers, audio-based AI running guides, personalized fitness programs, as well as guided meditations, sleep radio, and more.

Download GOFA Fitness, available in the App Store and Google Play Store. Once your 7-day free trial comes to an end, simply tap the settings icon on the top right of your app and click “Subscriptions.” Enter your credit card details to continue enjoying your workouts.

Here’s a brief tutorial that will walk you through how to use each of the exciting features in your GOFA Fitness app.

GOFA Fitness offers two subscription options: monthly for $9.99 USD and the best-value annual plan for $79.99 USD.

To update your profile, open your app and tap ‘Settings’. Then, ‘Update Profile’.

To update your goals, open your app and select ‘Settings’ and then ‘Goal Setting’.

To continue enjoying unlimited access to the AI-powered workouts, you can select from two subscription plans, monthly or annually.

Open your app and tap the ‘Login’ button, then the ‘Forgot Password?’ link. Next, enter the email address registered to your accont and press ‘Send Email’.

For Apple Users:

  1. Open the AppStore, then click on its icon
  2. Next, select the ‘Subscriptions’ button
  3. Then click ‘GOFA Fitness’, followed by ‘Cancel Subscription’


For Android Users:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Access the ‘Menu’ bar, and then select ‘Subscriptions’
  3. Click on ‘GOFA Fitness’, then select ‘Manage’
  4. Click ‘Cancel Subscription’

For IOS/Apple TV:

  1. Ensure both devices are connected to the same WiFi network
  2. Open the ‘Control Centre’ and click the ‘Screen Mirror’ button
  3. Choose your smart TV or streaming device from the list. Mirroring will begin automatically


For Android/Smart TV: 

  1. Ensure both devices are connected to the same WiFi network
  2. Select the ‘Screen Cast’ button.
  3. From the list of Chromecast devices, pick the device you want to mirror, then select ‘Start Now’. Mirroring will start automatically

GOFA Fitness currently supports Apple Watch and Fitbit devices. We’ll update you as soon as others are added. To connect your smart watch, open GOFA, select your workout and connect your Apple Watch or Fitbit.


GOFA stands for Goal Oriented Fitness Application. In the app, you’ll find workouts and fitness plans that match your personal goals, whether you want to tone up, build strength, lose weight, or run your first race!

AI technology will help you take your workouts to the next level. Using the data from your workout, GOFA Fitness can help you correct your form, let you know when to work a little harder, and even count your reps to help make sure you’re putting in the work you need to get the results you want. Using your tablet or smartphone, the app tracks your movements as you follow each workout video — no expensive equipment required.

Your app uses AI technology to count your reps using proper form, monitor your intensity during cardio sessions to make sure you’re working in the right cardio zone, and provide real-time form feedback. You’ll also receive audio feedback during your running sessions so you know when to push it and when to scale back.

Whether you’re just getting started, coming back from a break, or looking to try something new, GOFA Fitness was designed with beginners in mind. You’ll find plenty of workouts to choose from that range in duration and intensity so you can always feel confident working out.

The best thing about GOFA Fitness is that you don’t need any expensive or bulky equipment to feel the burn. Our workouts are powered by AI technology and require only your smartphone. Most workouts can be completed using your body weight. But if you’re looking for higher intensity, you can add some dumbbells or resistance bands to your session.

We have eight different workout categories to choose from: Running, Yoga, Meditation, Boxing, Strength, Pilates, Cardio, and HIIT. You can also search for workouts that target specific muscle groups, like arms, legs, butt, abs, chest, back, or even full-body.

Click on the workout icon at the bottom of your screen, and then choose the category you want, from HIIT to strength, cardio, yoga, and more. You can browse through the workouts, or use the filters to find the workout best suited to you.

Fitness plans are created to help you meet your wellness goals, which could be anything from toning up to losing weight, to building strength. The plans range in duration from seven to 30 days and deliver a curated group of workouts designed specifically around your goals. Following these plans is easy: all you need to do is complete your suggested workout for the day, and follow along according to the on-screen video, prompts, or live feedback. It’s like having a personal trainer, but without the costs!

Your GOFA Fitness app is made with smart technology that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to track your movements. This allows the app to make sure you’re getting the most out of every workout, meaning you’ll see results faster.

Absolutely! GOFA Fitness is perfect for home workouts. You can follow along as our trainers guide you through video workouts while our AI technology tracks your movements to ensure correct form. To top it all off, none of our workouts require bulky, expensive gym equipment.

During cardio and HIIT workouts, the AI will track your movements to detect your intensity level and movement. The goal is to “raise the activity bar,” to make sure you’re in the proper cardio zone. If your activity drops, the radar on the side drops as well. Pick up the pace and watch it rise again. At the end of the workout, you’ll receive a score based on how active you were.

During strength workouts, the app will only count reps with proper form on-screen, ensuring safer workouts and better results.

Audio-based guided runs use AI technology to analyze your real-time data and offer live feedback on pace, distance, heart rate, and personal records. It’s just like having your own running coach with you every step of the way, giving you motivation when you need it most.

All of our plans are personalized to help you meet your goals. With consistency and dedication, you can expect the results you want from GOFA Fitness.

You can work out with GOFA Fitness several times a week, but be sure to listen to your body and to take rest days when you need them. On the days you do work out, drink plenty of water and stay hydrated. On rest days, if you still want to get a bit of movement in, consider opting for lighter exercises, like stretching or yoga.

You can always use GOFA Fitness for free and access our AI-powered running coach. However, the premium subscription offers you exclusive access to features that include personalized fitness plans, unlimited AI-powered workouts, guided meditations, Sleep Radio, and more.

Open your app and click on the ‘Health’ tab at the bottom of your screen to view your workout activity log.

Your GOFA Fitness trainers include Jeni Del Pozo, Toby Massenburg, Danielle Stead, Jake Ferree, AJ Perez, Esmey Leon and Breann Mitchell! They’ve designed fun and effective HIIT, Strength, Cardio, Running, Pilates, Yoga and Stretch workouts exclusively for GOFA Fitness users.

GOFA Fitness uses AI technology to help you ensure correct form and prevent injury. However, you should always chat to your doctor before starting an exercise program, and especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.

When you’re ready to drift off for the night, click the ‘Workouts’ tab, then the ‘Meditation & Sleep’ tab. Select a Sleep Radio track to play at volume that is relaxing to you and then let it lull you into your best sleep yet!

A healthy mind is as important as a healthy body, which is why we’ve incorporated meditation into GOFA Fitness. When you’re ready for your meditation session, and you’ve found somewhere private to do it, click the ‘Workouts’ tab, then the ‘Meditation & Sleep’ tab. Select the practice you wish to complete, and find your daily moments of calm.

We don’t currently have meal plans or nutritional guidance integrated into the app. However, we do have delicious, nutritious recipes readily available on our blog, and our in-house certified nutritionist is always developing more to share with you. Be sure to check back regularly.
